Cercavo del luppolo per tisana ed ho telefonato ad una decina di erboristerie e loro erano gli unici ad averlo. Ma quello che mi ha sorpreso è stato poi una volta là quando dopo aver detto il motivo per cui lo stavo cercando mi è stato spiegato come non soltanto non fosse la soluzione ottimale, ma consigliandomi poi un paio di soluzioni migliori per me. Estrema cortesia, professionalità e competenza, pazienza, nessuna fretta ed un sorriso solare è ciò che si spera sempre di trovare, ma che oggigiorno ormai quasi non si trova più, almeno fino questa mattina da loro ! Complimenti veramente quindi, sarà un piacere consigliarvi ad amici e conoscenti ! Continuate così ed un saluto ad Elena ringraziandola per il suo aiuto ! I was looking for hops for herbal tea and I phoned a dozen herbalists and they were the only ones to have it. But what surprised me then was once there when after saying why I was looking for it I was explained that not only was it not the optimal solution, but then recommending a couple of best solutions for me. Extreme courtesy, professionalism and competence, patience, no haste and a sunny smile is what you always hope to find, but which nowadays is almost no longer found, at least until this morning with them!
