Alberto ascolta le esigenze e fornisce il suo punto di vista da vero parrucchiere esperto, e alla fine il risultato è perfetto!! Il mio taglio è stupendo, meglio di quello che avevo in mente. Inoltre, il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo e il salone è in una posizione molto comoda. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Non c'è un listino prezzi chiaro e onesto e a portata del cliente. Sono entrata perchè avevo appena attaccato le extension in un altro parrucchiere e ho chiesto di dare una spuntata alle punte per pareggiarle.
Sono stata fatta mettere in piedi, in 3 MINUTI, da asciutti senza lavaggio e senza piega mi ha tagliato 1cm di punte. Vado per pagare e mi ha CHIESTO 50 EURO, ho riso pensando fosse uno scherzo ma mi ha detto che erano davvero 50 euro (ho ovviamente pagato e me ne son andata senza parole). Io ho detto che non era onesto visto che non mi aveva avvisata, non mi ha neanche lavato la testa o fatto la piega e mi ha risposto ridendo "Sono extension se sbaglio è un problema". Premesso che se sbagliasse sarebbe un problema in ogni caso.. PROFESSIONALITÀ ZERO, ONESTA ZERO.. VI CONSIGLIO DI STARE ALLA LARGA.
AGGIUNGO MALEDUCATI E PRESUNTUOSI, ci sono MOLTI ALTRI SALONI DI LIVELLO A MILANO (Coppola, Boutique Framesi, Curletto) RIVOLGETEVI A LORO, A VERI PROFESSIONISTI.
BAD EXPERIENCE.
There is no clear and honest price list available to the customer. I went in because I had just stuck the extensions in another hairdresser and asked to give the tips a blunt to make them even.
I was made to stand up, in 3 MINUTES, from dry without washing and without crease, I cut 1cm of tips. I go to pay and he ASKED me for 50 euros, I laughed thinking it was a joke but he told me it was really 50 euros (I obviously paid and left without words). I said he wasn't honest since he didn't warn me, he didn't even wash my head or do the styling and laughed "I'm extensions if I'm wrong it's a problem". Given that if he were wrong it would be a problem in any case .. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM, ZERO HONEST .. I RECOMMEND YOU TO STAY AWAY.
I ADD RUDE AND PRESUMPTIBLE, THERE ARE MANY OTHER LEVEL SALONS IN MILAN (Coppola, Boutique Framesi, Curletto) CONTACT THEM, TRUE PROFESSIONALS.
