I titolari sono professionali e gentilissimi, tempi di consegna brevi, ottimo servizio. Hanno capito immediatamente cosa desideravo ed hanno eseguito alla perfezione. I prezzi sono corretti. Inoltre hanno una collezione davvero fantastica con una vasta varietà di capi sia moderni (bellissimi colori) che classici. Procedure Covid come da protocollo. Mi sono trovata molto bene, consiglio vivamente di visitarla! Delighted to have chosen Rufus to refurbish a fur coat. The owners are professional and very kind, short delivery times, excellent service. They immediately understood what I wanted and performed perfectly. Prices are correct. Plus they have a really cool collection with a huge variety of both modern (beautiful colors) and classic garments. Covid procedures as per protocol. I found myself very well, I highly recommend visiting it!

Aurora la moglie del proprietario oltre ad essere una persona piacevole ha capito subito i miei gusti. Vasto assortimento di capi in pelliccia, reversibili e pelle. Ho portato un visone ereditato e poiché hanno anche il laboratorio artigianale, me lo hanno fatto su misura e secondo il modello da me scelto. Ottimo risultato ?Silvia Highly recommended. Una volta accordato il lavoro di riparazione decidiamo che nel pomeriggio sarei stato informato sul preventivo, non mi hanno nè scritto nè chiamato. Il giorno successivo ricevo un messaggio con scritto che avrei potuto ritirare il capo il giorno seguente, non mi era ancora stato comunicato il preventivo e ho pensato che si trattasse di un importo contenuto. Ricevo la sorpresa al ritiro di un pagamento che non mi potevo neanche permettere di affrontare. The seamstress did a great job .. but I leave disappointed. Once the repair work has been agreed, we decide that in the afternoon I would have been informed about the estimate, they did not write or call me. The next day I receive a message saying that I could collect the garment the following day, the estimate had not yet been communicated to me and I thought it was a small amount. I get the surprise when I collect a payment that I couldn't even afford to deal with.
