★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza! Non dò zero stelle perché non si può fare. Sono riusciti a rovinarmi una cucina Snsidero di 13.200 € a causa di errori grossolani di progettazione e montaggio. Pessimi consiglieri, personale incompetente ed impreparato. Non sono capaci nemmeno a prendere le misure. Avvoltoi e scortesi, pronti a scucirti fino all'ultimo centesimo....e se chiedi assistenza subito dopo la vendita, ti rispondono che hai firmato la bolla di consegna, pertanto, non sono più affari loro. Non consiglio questo posto, nemmeno per un fermacarte da scrivania!
Bad experience! I don't give zero stars because it can't be done. They managed to ruin a € 13,200 Snsidero kitchen due to gross design and assembly errors. Bad advisors, incompetent and unprepared staff. They are not even able to take measurements. Vultures and rude, ready to tear you down to the last penny .... and if you ask for assistance immediately after the sale, they will tell you that you signed the delivery note, therefore, it's no longer their business. I don't recommend this place, not even for a desk paperweight!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Personale vendita arrogante e sgradevole (almeno quello col quale ho avuto contatti) . Stavo per acquistare da loro una cucina componibile di uno dei più importanti brand nazionali, in attesa di perfezionare l' ordine avevo anche accontato 1100 euro come mero transitorio impegno di acquisto ma poi.. ho scoperto che invece di ricevere lo sconto che mi dicevano di aver praticato, mi avevano indecentemente gonfiato il prezzo di oltre il 20%!! E allora...?? Voi cosa avreste fatto? Io ho preferito fermarmi, recedere dall'impegno di acquisto e regalargli l'anticipo accontato piuttosto che versare altro denaro a chi commercialmente si e' rivelato di non meritare davvero nessuna fiducia.
Bad experience. Arrogant and unpleasant sales staff (at least the one I have had contact with). I was about to buy from them a modular kitchen of one of the most important national brands, while waiting to complete the order I had also paid 1100 euros as a mere transitory purchase commitment but then .. I discovered that instead of receiving the discount they told me to having practiced, I had indecently inflated the price by more than 20% !! So...?? What would you have done? I preferred to stop, withdraw from the purchase commitment and give him the advance payment rather than pay more money to those who commercially proved to not really deserve any trust.

Sicuramente è un bel negozio, ci mancherebbe, peccato per il personale!
Oggi entriamo e a stento veniamo considerati, guardati dalla testa ai piedi, non capisco chi si credano di essere! Chiedi informazioni e non ti danno risposte esaustive!
Mai e poi mai ci entrerò un altra volta in quel negozio!!!!

Definitely a nice shop, God forbid, shame about the staff!
Today we enter and we are hardly considered, looked at from head to toe, I don't understand who they think they are! Ask for information and they don't give you exhaustive answers!
I will never ever go into that shop again !!!!
