Ho trovato veramente vergognoso il servizio al numero verde: arroganti, presuntuosi, chiudono il telefono in faccia se si innervosiscono a domande inerenti il problema di loro competenza oltre a non essere completamente competenti. Di seguito l'esperienza: Arrivano bollette di ACCONTO in un condominio di 6 immobili. E già così non va bene. A luglio 2021 l'operatrice incompetente annullò la bolletta stornandola con l'importo effettivo e la lettura del contatore ESATTO, tutto ok. A gennaio stessa storia: mi ripresento con una bolletta IN ACCONTO ma con una sorpresa in più: risulta la stessa bolletta di luglio, che risultava stornata, impagata: la stessa operatrice con la laurea trovata nel Dash affermava che: 1) gli storni non si potevano fare. ( E lei l'ha fatto) 2) che non si possono più avere le bollette andando all' ufficio dell'acquedotto. 3) che lei ci ha stornato solo le spese fisse. 4) Che la sottrazione non esiste e che bisogna pagare ben due acconti ( uno va pagato due volte perché sì) più la bolletta con il conteggio preciso. Praticamente manco Paris Hilton spenderebbe così tanto per un immobile di sua proprietà. 5) PEC mandata tempestivamente OVVIAMENTE senza risposta. Ad oggi non sappiamo come cavolo fare. Ma d'altronde stiamo a Matera: utilizzeremo di nuovo le cisterne per la raccolta delle acque. Comincerò a frequentare il palombaro più spesso. Vergognatevi. You are simply disgusted.
