 DON'T PUT A STAR, IT TAKES A LITTLE COMMON SENSE TO LEAVE PEOPLE 4 DAYS WITHOUT WATER AND PUT THE PHONE OUT, AT LEAST NOTICE THROUGH THE SITE ARE TOO KIND.

They remove the water without warning ... and never answer the phone. I would immediately change the water supplier.

They remove the water without first notifying and if you want to know something, you can't because they never answer the phone, moreover the water gets hot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perdonatemi, ma è logico che non abbiano un sito, una e-mail e un telefono a cui non risponde mai nessuno? ricevono la raccomandata r/r per chiudere l'acqua ma continuano ad erogarla, facendo pagare un servizio per cui si è chiesta la chiusura a giugno??
Forgive me, but does it make sense that they don't have a website, an e-mail address and a phone that nobody ever answers? they receive the registered letter with return receipt to shut off the water but continue to supply it, charging a service for which the closure was requested in June ??

2. Se chiami per qualsiasi chiarimento e/o problema non ti risponde nessuno;
3. La qualità dell'acqua è pessima... Altro che potabile,è piena di calcare;
4. Se ritardi una settimana al pagamento della fattura ti vengono a chiudere l'acqua in qualsiasi momento della giornata nonostante tutti i pagamenti precedenti risultano saldati!
In sintesi: manca serietà e qualità!
1. They remove the water without warning leaving you days without water;
2. If you call for any clarification and / or problem, no one will answer you;
3. The water quality is very bad ... Other than drinkable, it is full of limestone;
4. If you delay paying your bill for a week, they'll turn off the water at any time of the day despite all previous payments being paid!
In summary: lack of seriousness and quality!
