Lunedì c'era scritto che era giorno di chiusura, oggi che è mercoledi troviamo il cartellino cambiato con scritto che è aperto solo: martedì-giovedì-sabato. Come si fa a stare aperti solo 3 giorni a settimana? Come garantisci il servizio ai clienti? E sopratutto aggiorna gli orari su Google almeno una persona prima di partire da Castelfiorentino ci pensa due volte!!! E si evita di sprecare tempo e benzina! Sicuramente io non ci torno più! Lo consiglio pienamente a chi non vuole essere fregato vista la mia esperienza con altri negozi che lo fanno solo per i soldi. A me personalmente mi ha risolto dei problemi e mi ha fatto molto risparmiare, in vece di prodotti mi ha consigliato come mantenere e fare con un acquario. Ho un acquario già avviato con pesci della stessa specie di quelli acquistati. La prima volta ne presi 3 e nel giro di 1 giorno me ne son morti 2 di quelli presi da lui. Ho pensato potesse essere sfortuna. Torno una seconda volta in negozio per prenderne degli altri: guardando dentro l'acquario, aveva dei pesci incastrati e in stato di decomposizione avanzata nel filtro. E i pesci all'interno dell'Acquario beccavamo quelli morti. Una sola parola SCHIFO.
