★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno. Scrivo qsta recensione dopo 6 mesi dall'accaduto in qto penso che le considerazioni dei clienti debbano in qualche modo servire alle aziende per migliorarsi (sperando che la proprietà le legga).
Do 2 stelle, perché:
Showroom assortito in tutti gli aspetti (sanitari e pavimenti) . Mi segue la sig Daniela. Guardiamo la vasta scelta di prodotti e con calma a casa decidiamo cosa comprare. Provo a rifissare un altro appuntamento con la stessa chiamandola 1 volta al giorno per 1 settimana sempre con esito negativo. Sempre occupata. Lascio il cellulare mai richiamato.
Mi sono rivolto alla Berni.
Almeno le ns 52.000 € sono andate AD un'azienda che quantomeno quando ho avuto un dubbio ha risposto al telefono o quanto meno ha avuto l'accortezza di richiamare.
Sinceramente scrivo qsta recensione perché adesso a casa finita forse i prodotti di Acquadolce sarebbero stati più belli...e forse è rimasto l amaro in bocca per essere stato seguito dalla persona sbagliata.
Peccato che a volte il fatturato di un'azienda sia in mano ai dipendenti...

Good morning. I write this review after 6 months from the incident in this case I think that the considerations of the customers must somehow serve the companies to improve themselves (hoping that the property will read them).
I give 2 stars, because:
Showroom assorted in all aspects (sanitary and flooring). Mrs Daniela follows me. We look at the vast selection of products and calmly decide what to buy at home. I try to reschedule another appointment with the same by calling her once a day for 1 week, always with negative results. Always busy. I leave my cell phone never called back.
I turned to Berni.
At least our € 52,000 went to a company that at least when I had a doubt answered the phone or at least had the foresight to call back.
Sincerely I write this review because now at home finished maybe the Acquadolce products would have been more beautiful ... and maybe the bitterness in the mouth remained for being followed by the wrong person.
Too bad that sometimes the turnover of a company is in the hands of the employees ...
