Il tecnico è stato rapido, pulito, cortese. Mi ha spiegato il funzionamento con semplicità e cortesia. Solitamente sono un po' sospettosa e non mi lascio fermare dagli sponsor, ma quel pomeriggio ho fatto proprio bene ad incuriosirmi. Il rappresentante è stato davvero lodevole, sia nella pazienza che nella passione con cui ci ha spiegato tutto. Lo dico adesso perché, come San Tommaso, ho toccato con mano ciò che ci aveva garantito. I found great professionalism and quality. Mi hanno convinta 2 anni fa a mettere il depuratore (sicuramente molto comodo e valido!) costringendomi ad aprire un finanziamento di 4 anni. Ogni anno, per il cambio filtri, devo litigare con loro fino allo sfinimento! Dicono che ti richiameranno, che stanno organizzando con il tecnico.. e devo sempre rincorrerli! Oltretutto ho cambiato regione di residenza (ah, chi mi aveva venduto questo depuratore mi avevano assicurato che in caso di trasferimento, lo spostamento sarebbe stato gratuito... grandissima bugia!!!!) ... non vi dico quante ore sono dovuta stare al telefono per organizzare il trasferimento del depuratore.. ed ora, ogni anno, è una lotta continua x il cambio filtri! Farò a questa azienda una pubblicità negativa finché vivrò! Tornassi indietro non lo metterei mai e poi mai... CIALTRONI e LADRI!!! Non RISPONDONO mai alle mail, quando chiami guarda caso non trovi mai il responsabile e ti dicono che richiameranno loro...inutile dire che aspettare la loro chiamata è tempo perso. Nel mio caso ho riscontrato in generale una totale assenza di serietà professionale e in particolare un atteggiamento quasi truffaldino. Veramente un buon prodotto e un buon servizio.. ovviamentela qualità si paga ma se è di un certo livello come Fontenova. non si può che rimanerne soddisfatti.
