★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fra i vari Acqua e Sapone che ci sono fra San Benedetto e la vallata, questo è quello che prediligo per l'organizzazione del negozio che è sempre molto funzionale. Il personale è puntuale e cortese, il parcheggio proprio davanti al negozio è comodissimo.
Among the various Acqua and Sapone that there are between San Benedetto and the valley, this is the one I prefer for the organization of the shop which is always very functional. The staff is punctual and courteous, parking right in front of the shop is very convenient.

Il 29 aprile del 2020 sono andata a comprare un rasoio per la barba per regalarlo a mio marito per il suo compleanno. Mi sono fatta consigliare da una venditrice e cosi ho acquistato il prodotto assicurandomi che lo potevo cambiare in caso di non essere gradito. Arrivata a casa, mio marito ha aperto il regalo e non era quello giusto. Sono tornata al negozio, e non l'hanno voluto accettare il cambio perché la confezione era leggermente rovinata. Io e la mia famiglia siamo clienti da tanti anni, e non credo che questo sia un comportamento CORRETTO e RIGUARDOSO nei miei confronti visto che come già ho scritto sono più 12 anni che sono una fedele clienti.

Good morning,
On April 29, 2020, I went to buy a beard razor to give it to my husband for his birthday. I got advice from a seller and so I purchased the product making sure that I could change it in case of not being liked. When I got home, my husband opened the gift and it wasn't the right one. I went back to the shop, and they didn't want to accept the change because the packaging was slightly damaged. My family and I have been customers for many years, and I do not think this is a CORRECT and REGULAR behavior towards me since, as I have already written, it is more than 12 years that I am a loyal customer.

I prezzi sono nella media ma se si sta attenti alle offerte e promozioni diventano vantaggiosi. Gli scaffali e i corridoi sono in questo punto vendita piuttosto stretti con carrozzina disabili si passa ma non agevolmente. Il personale sempre aggiornato e informato molto cordiale e disponibile.
Shop for household cleaning, beauty and personal hygiene products. It has parking. Prices are average but if you pay attention to offers and promotions they become advantageous. The shelves and corridors in this store are rather narrow with a wheelchair for the disabled but not easily passed. The staff always updated and informed very friendly and helpful.

Inoltre all'interno del locale la ricezione dei telefoni è pari a zero con conseguenti disagi. Due stelle è solo grazie all'assistenza dei dipendenti, altrimenti ne avrei data 1 (perché zero non è possibile)
