★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice and clean. It has English but the reality is different from the explanation. First, load the clothes inside the machine, no need to add powder or detergent, close the machine. Then, go to the money collection box to press your machine number. It shows the price. Insert the cash, cash only, then press the machine number once again. The machine starts. I choose a medium or large machine, it charges me €11. It is more expensive than US. €1 for 10 minutes dry. You can have low, medium and hot choice.

Met the general manager by coincidence, and he was super friendly and caring about the service he provides. Thanks for a great experience while we visited Rome. Great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality machines. The instructions are in a few languages, but the English grammar is a bit broken. Thankfully someone else was doing laundry and confirmed the process. No need to bring detergent for washing. The money machine takes bills and coins.
