Desde el día 5/04 y anteriormente un mes antes hablando con servicio cliente he comprado el packaging de un material, pague todo correctamente y una semana después me avisan que ese material por un problema de la máquina de su empresa no se puede hacer. La única solución para ellos es hacerlo pero con una franja blanca en el medio, con lo cual para nosotros no era una solución. Me hacen esperar 10 días más y luego me dicen que tenemos que cambiar el material, aceptamos pese a cambiar nuestro diseño y concepto de tienda, y tenemos que pagarle aparte a un diseñador para que cambie los archivos!! Porque está empresa no es capaz de poner a disposición un diseñador y realizarme el trabajo que tantos problemas nos ocasionó por un tema de su máquina y que ya había pagado y jamás me avisaron antes de la compra lo que sucedía. Me siento completamente estafada!! Se han quedado con nuestro dinero y todavía no tenemos el packaging, me dicen que está como prioridad y ya ha pasad casi un mes y no sabemos que pasa. Solo me ha llegado un mail con una fecha estimada de entrega del 18/05 lo que me parece una vergüenza!!!! Ah! Y por si fuera poco para ellos una posible solución es darme un cupón de descuento para la próxima compra jaja que obviamente con el pésimo servicio que tuve hasta el momento no lo pienso usar. Lamentable!! Deja mucho que desear esta empresa.
 Scammers!! Since 04/05 and previously a month before, speaking with customer service, I have bought the packaging of a material, paid everything correctly and a week later they tell me that this material cannot be made due to a problem with your company's machine. The only solution for them is to do it but with a white stripe in the middle, which for us was not a solution. They make me wait 10 more days and then they tell me that we have to change the material, we accept despite changing our design and store concept, and we have to pay a designer separately to change the files!! Because this company is not capable of making a designer available and doing the work that caused us so many problems due to an issue with their machine and that they had already paid for and they never told me what was happening before the purchase. I feel completely ripped off!! They have kept our money and we still do not have the packaging, they tell me that it is a priority and almost a month has passed and we do not know what is happening. I have only received an email with an estimated delivery date of 05/18, which seems a shame to me! oh! And as if that weren't enough for them, a possible solution is to give me a discount coupon for the next purchase haha, obviously with the lousy service I've had so far I'm not going to use it. Regrettable!! This company leaves a lot to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Luego de enviar los diseños y hacer el pedido. Resulta que un problema con la máquina que imprime las bolsas por lo que o modificas el diseño ( de forma que queda nada estético) o cambiabas el material.
Luego de que tuvimos que elegir cambiar el material, los gastos de modificación del diseño han corrido por mi cuenta, es decir que nuevamente no solucionan el problema que ellos mismos tienen.
Ahora tampoco saben cuándo llega el packaging terminado habiendo pasado más de un mes del pedido. Lo único que me han dado es un código para una próxima compra, que seguramente no haga, en concepto de un envío que pagamos express.
En conclusión, una empresa que si les surge un problema no solucionan nada y el que pierde es el cliente.

After we had to choose to change the material, the costs of modifying the design have been borne by me, that is to say that again they do not solve the problem that they themselves have.
Now they also don't know when the finished packaging arrives, more than a month after the order. The only thing they have given me is a code for a future purchase, which I will surely not make, for a shipment that we pay for express.
In conclusion, a company that if a problem arises does not solve anything and the one who loses is the client.
