Al telefono non risponde MAI nessuno, rimani in attesa "sei il numero 7 in coda....sei il numero 6 in coda.....sei il numero 5...." ecc ecc....e quando arriva il tuo turno dopo aver atteso 15 minuti cosí: "ci scusiamo ma gli operatori sono tutti impegnati, si prega di richiamare più tardi".
E cade la linea.
Ok.
Allora a quel punto provi a prendere appuntamento online tramite MyCaf, scegli la data e l'ora in base alle loro disponibilità, attendi l'e-mail che ti inviano nella quale dovrai cliccare il link per confermare l'appuntamento scelto (altrimenti in 12 ore si annullerà automaticamente) e non appena clicchi sul link per confermare appare la scritta "ops si é verificato un'errore. Impossibile confermare l'appuntamento, annullarlo e sceglierne un'altro" - a quel punto allora clicchi per annullarlo- "impossibile annullare l'appuntamento, questa prenotazione é già stata confermata".?
Non ho parole.
E siamo nel 2021.

No one NEVER answers the phone, you stay on hold "you are number 7 in the queue .... you are number 6 in the queue ..... you are number 5 ...." etc etc .... and when it arrives your turn after waiting 15 minutes like: "sorry but the operators are all busy, please call back later".
And the line falls.
Ok.
Then at that point you try to make an appointment online through MyCaf, choose the date and time based on their availability, wait for the e-mail they send you in which you will have to click the link to confirm the chosen appointment (otherwise in 12 hours will automatically cancel) and as soon as you click on the link to confirm the message "oops, an error has occurred. Impossible to confirm the appointment, cancel it and choose another one" - at that point click to cancel it - "impossible to cancel appointment, this reservation has already been confirmed ".?
I'm speechless.
And we are in 2021.
