★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presto questa agenzia ACI per effettuare un passaggio di proprietà. Pagamento avvenuto con bancomat al momento della richiesta! Sono trascorsi trenta giorni e non ho ancora ricevuto i documenti! Al telefono, quando rispondono, sono scortesi e frettolosi. Grazie a loro ho la macchina chiusa perché si sono rifiutati di effettuare un altro certificato, che mi avrebbe permesso di circolare, dicendo che il giorno prima avevano provveduto a spedire il passaggio. Ho cercato di spiegarli che dovevo recarmi ad effettuare una visita medica e che il passaggio non sarebbe arrivato in tempo ma con freddezza mi hanno detto che non potevano farci niente. Non ci ritornerei e non lo consiglierei a nessuno!!!
I went to this ACI agency early to make a change of ownership. Payment made by debit card at the time of the request! Thirty days have passed and I have not received the documents yet! On the phone, when they answer, they are rude and rushed. Thanks to them I have the car closed because they refused to make another certificate, which would have allowed me to circulate, saying that the day before they had sent the passage. I tried to explain to them that I had to go for a medical examination and that the passage would not arrive in time but coldly they told me that they could not do anything about it. I would not go back and I would not recommend it to anyone !!!
