★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato presso di loro una macchina da caffè e non ha mai funzionato ma loro hanno cercato in tt i modi di ritrovarla ma la sede centrale non ce l'aveva più. Allora loro scusandosi più volte mi hanno dato un buono senza data di scadenza da spendere quando voglio!!! Grazie mille ci tornerò sicura di essere ben accetta.
 I bought a coffee machine from them and it never worked but they tried in tt ways to find it but the headquarters no longer had it. Then they apologized several times and gave me a voucher with no expiration date to spend when I want !!! Thank you very much, I'll be back sure to be well accepted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese e impreparato. Incapaci di risolvere il problema di accensione del folletto, dopo un mese di tira e molla mi è stato riconsegnato non riparato. Oltretutto hanno danneggiato il manico dell'aspirapolvere, probabilmente dopo una caduta, per un valore di 68€, facendomi passare davanti agli altri clienti come una bugiarda, dicendomi in molo modo: "è la tua parola contro la mia!!". Arroganza e maleducazione al top. Mai più.
Rude and unprepared staff. Unable to fix the sprite ignition problem, after a month of back and forth it was returned to me unrepaired. Moreover, they damaged the handle of the vacuum cleaner, probably after a fall, for a value of 68 €, making me pass in front of other customers like a liar, telling me in a very simple way: "it's your word against mine !!". Arrogance and rudeness at the top. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale veramente scortese, portato il mio folletto in riparazione il 26/02 e ad oggi 15/03 dopo aver richiamato 2 volte durante il periodo NON sono stati capaci neanche di fare un preventivo di riparazione con la scusante che hanno troppo da fare. Gli ho fatto presente che non riuscire a fare un preventivo in 16 gg è veramente fuori dal normale ma il brillante titolare (uno dei 2 figli) mi ha solo risposto che c’è ne aveva altri da mesi in riparazione e non riusciva a farlo, come se a me mi importasse degli altri. Negozio da dimenticare per sempre
Really rude staff, brought my goblin in repair on 02/26 and 03/15 today after calling 2 times during the period they were NOT even able to make a repair quote with the excuse that they are too busy. I pointed out that not being able to make a quote in 16 days is really out of the ordinary but the brilliant owner (one of the 2 children) only replied that some had others for months in repair and could not do it, as if I cared about others. Shop to forget forever
