b	bruno garramone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accoglienza freddissima, mi hanno praticamente buttato fuori(per fare una domanda sono stato messo alla porta lei non può entrare, dovevo fare un passaggio di proprietà, mi hanno detto di prenotarmi sul sito, primo appuntamento dopo 15 giorni, ma la cosa più schifosa è che mi hanno detto che erano impegnati con i prenotati, invece le due donne che erano al interno hanno indossato le mascherine e zainetto e sono partite alla volta di fare shopping per la città e noi poveri cretini che gli continuiamo a pagare gli stipendi, spero veramente che facciano un controllo approfondito su questa gente che timbra il cartellino e poi va a fare le cose proprie, spero proprio che ci arrivi striscia la notizia, che vergogna. Questa mattina telefonando al PRA in orario di apertura dell'ufficio sento il risponditore automatico che dice che sono in attesa di essere collegato con un operatore e poi casualmente il collegamento si chiude!!! Questo sia componendo l'interno 1 per il PRA, sia componendo l'interno 2 per l'Aci. Quindi chiamo al numero diretto dell'Aci alle 11.30 e una signora mi risponde di richiamare dopo un ora perché l'ufficio era troppo occupato. Richiamo alle 12.35 e mi risponde la stessa signora dicendomi "un attimo" poi va via, si sente il telefono lasciato aperto e dopo 6 minuti e 30 secondi riaggangia e a questo punto non risponde più nessuno!!! Davvero vivissimi commenti!!!! Siete i numeri UNO a prendere in giro le persone!!! I wanted to congratulate on how the office or offices are managed !!!! This morning calling the PRA during office opening hours I hear the automatic responder saying that I am waiting to be connected with an operator and then by chance the connection closes !!! This is by composing extension 1 for the PRA, or by composing extension 2 for the Aci. So I call the Aci direct number at 11.30 and a lady answers me to call back after an hour because the office was too busy. I call back at 12.35 and the same lady answers me saying "a moment" then goes away, you hear the phone left open and after 6 minutes and 30 seconds hang up and at this point no one answers anymore !!! Really lively comments !!!! You are the number ONE to make fun of people !!!

Un corso di formazione empatica basata sull'educazione contribuirebbe allo svolgimento di un lavoro per il quale siete pagati e migliorerebbe il tatto e l'accoglienza con i clienti specie del personale addetto agli sportelli. One of the worst offices I've ever been to. An education-based empathic training course would contribute to carrying out a job for which you are paid and would improve the tact and acceptance with customers, especially of the counter staff.
a	adx1963 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A leggere le altre recensioni pare sia andato in un altro ufficio e invece no, era proprio l'ufficio ACI di via del Circuito dove ho trovato competenza, efficienza e cortesia. Niente da aggiugere. Un solo appunto ma di natura logistica: manca un bagno per gli utenti che per un ufficio di tale natura ritengo necessario. To read the other reviews it seems he went to another office but no, it was the ACI office in via del Circuito where I found competence, efficiency and courtesy. Nothing to add. Just one note, but of a logistical nature: there is no bathroom for the users that I consider necessary for an office of this nature.
