M	Michele Peduto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortesissimo incompetente... siamo commercianti da una vita e dopo 30 anni di passaggi di proprietà ho sentito per la prima volta in questa agenzia alcune regole... tra è stata l’ unica agenzia a farmi pagare 145 euro per un mini passaggio quando tutti gli altri fanno pagare 130 cosa che anche loro avevano detto telefonicamente ossia che il tutto sarebbe costato 130... oltretutto è stata la prima agenzia a tenersi tutti o documenti originali per se e mi ha lasciato a me le fotocopie senza fregarsene del fatto che alcuni documenti, che loro potevano tenersi tranquillamente in fotocopia, potevano andar persi anzi, la loro risposta è stata esattamente: qui funziona così altrove non è un nostro problema e oltretutto è l unica agenzia che di perfette o meglio si preoccupa di attaccare l etichetta di avvenuto passaggio quando “soprattutto ad un commerciante di auto” si lascia libera allegata ai documenti... comunque la sconsiglio vivamente soprattutto per altri motivi che non sto qui ad elencarvi... tanto noto che non sono e non sarò l’ unico ad aver questo pensiero... Basta code...!!! e dimenticanze con relative penali ....!!! Anche in passato ho acceso ai servizi ACI DI GRANTORTO, sn stati gentili è cooperanti, risolvendo in tempi molto ristretti, le pratiche richieste da me. VOLEVO CHIEDERE SCUSA PER IL MIO COMPORTAMENTO DI IERI SERA . Vi meritate le 5 stelle appieno ???; pensando "a freddo " si avete ragione.... vi chiedo scusa pubblicamente. Grazie e buona serata! Premetto che I pagamenti dei bolli auto son sempre stati effettuati lì da loro e ogni volta chiedevo per sicurezza se i bolli precedenti fossero stati correttamente saldati e la risposta è sempre stata positiva. L’altro giorno Mi è arrivata una multa per mancato pagamento di un bollo anno 2019. Ovviamente mi reco da loro e fatalità c’è una signora prima di me con lo stesso problema. Chiedo spiegazioni in merito al fatto che mi e’ sempre stato detto che i bolli erano sempre stati pagati e mi viene risposto in modo molto scocciato che potrebbe essere stata una loro svista che però sono io che devo sapere se li pago o meno (la discussione è stata un po’ più lunga) Partendo dal fatto che potrei essermene dimenticata di pagare, ma se una persona vi chiede una cosa rispondete alla c*o di cane nonostante sia il vostro lavoro? Per la vostra svista ho dovuto pagare molto di più! Ah…ladrata finale: per chiedere L estratto conto vogliono €5!!!! Ahahah servizio che online trovi gratis e anche in altri centri aci!
