★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' bastata una telefonata per capire di non andarci proprio: "digitare 2 per bollo auto". Dopo averlo fatto la voce diceva: " passare in sede perché non possiamo fornire info personali per la privacy".. E se io invece avessi bisogno di info di carattere generale? Capre!!
A phone call was enough to understand not to go there: "type 2 for car tax". After doing that, the item said: "go to the office because we can't provide personal information for privacy". What if I needed general information? Goats !!

Voto quattro stelle solo per la simpatia, disponibilità e competenza della signora che mi ha accolto con un gran sorriso nella postazione centrale, dopo che nelle altre mi hanno liquidata e rimbalzato da lei. La ringrazio per avermi aiutata a risolvere il problema velocemente.. Tornerò volentieri e chiederò specificatamente della signora

I vote four stars only for the sympathy, availability and competence of the lady who welcomed me with a big smile in the central position, after that in the others they liquidated me and bounced from her. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scelto ACI Lanciano per il rinnovo patente a causa dei tempi biblici dell'ASL pertanto non posso esprimermi sul pagamento di bolli o altri servizi.
Inizio dicendo che mi aspettavo molto peggio: condividendo l'area di risulta con una concessionaria in zona industriale, temevo sarebbe stato difficile trovare parcheggio. Invece l'ACI ha un'area parcheggio riservata ai clienti. Tutta la documentazione necessaria per il rinnovo patenti (assieme ad orari e giorni delle visite mediche) erano esposti in bacheca ma ho preferito comunque entrare per chiedere conferma: il personale si è rivelato molto gentile, disponibile e tempestivo nel rispondere alle mie domande.
Durante la mia visita erano aperti tre sportelli di cui uno adibito a bolli e due alle altre pratiche.
90€ per il rinnovo patente in una settimana (più 3 giorni lavorativi per l'invio della patente nuova a casa) è un ottimo prezzo
I chose ACI Lanciano for the license renewal due to the biblical times of the ASL therefore I cannot comment on the payment of stamps or other services.
Let me start by saying that I expected much worse: sharing the resulting area with a dealership in the industrial area, I feared it would be difficult to find a parking space. Instead, the ACI has a parking area reserved for customers. All the documentation necessary for the license renewal (together with the times and days of the medical examinations) were displayed on the bulletin board but I still preferred to enter to ask for confirmation: the staff proved to be very polite, helpful and prompt in answering my questions.
During my visit, three counters were open, one of which used for stamps and two for other practices.
90 € for the license renewal in one week (plus 3 working days for sending the new license home) is a great price
