★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio cordiale e disponibile ma non troppo ferrato su certi argomenti. Ad esempio, per rimettere in strada un mezzo d'epoca radiato, sono stato rimbalzato più volte tra PRA e Motorizzazione civile in quanto non sapevano, nel primo ma nemmeno nel secondo ufficio, chi dovesse svolgere una determinata pratica. Un altra cosa che non capisco: per fare delle fotocopie (necessarie per alcune pratiche al PRA) si deve pagare, mi sembra abbastanza assurdo, in pratica o si paga, o si torna una seconda volta con le fotocopie.
 Friendly and helpful service but not too well versed in certain subjects. For example, to get a vintage vehicle back on the road, I was bounced several times between PRA and Civil Motorization because they did not know, in the first but not even in the second office, who should carry out a specific practice. Another thing I do not understand: to make photocopies (necessary for some PRA practices) you have to pay, it seems absurd enough, in practice or you pay, or you come back a second time with photocopies.

Il personale è estremamente competente e preparato per risolvere qualsiasi inghippo burocratico dai semplici pagamenti di tasse automobilistiche ai passaggi di proprietà per qualunque veicolo.
