Ovviamente nulla è scritto online ed al telefono non risponde nessuno. Livello di voglia di lavorare del personale: “saltami addosso”. Sperate di non aver bisogno.
Being a "suburban agency" (as defined by the employee), it delivers documents only one day a week: Tuesday. Obviously nothing is written online and no one answers the phone. Staff willingness to work level: "jump on me". Hope you don't need.
