Non mi è quasi stato possibile spiegare le mie ragioni, sono stata liquidata con tono sbrigativo, in entrambi i casi. Rimango molto dispiaciuta, e perplessa. Twice (once in person and once on the phone) I was treated badly by the lady at the front office, just because I asked for simple information. It was hardly possible for me to explain my reasons, I was dismissed in a hasty tone, in both cases. I am very sorry, and perplexed.

La signora con modi non proprio educati ti liquida in modo sbrigativo fornendo oltretutto informazioni spesso approssimative e non corrette che purtroppo ho seguito e hanno d'atto corso all' emissione di sanzioni da parte della Regione a mio carico. Servizio pessimo. Morale della storia ho fatto un po' di strada un più e all'ACI di Valdobbiadene ho trovato personale competente educato che in meno di un' ora hanno sistemato il disguido con il bollo auto. Quando ho chiesto riguardo un dettaglio sul conteggio mi é stato risposto con evidente fastidio "leggi". Dulcis in fundo ho chiesto se per cortesia potevano mettermi una graffetta su uno scontrino volante,e l'altra signora ha roteato gli occhi in segno di fastidio. So che il lavoro a contatto col pubblico può essere snervante a volte, ma a sti livelli é ingiustificabile. Sicuramente non tornerò. I recommend to the office workers kinder ways.
