★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza mi reco in agenzia per rinnovare la mia tessera ACI e pagare un bollo moto e trovo davanti la porta d'ingresso una catenella con un cartello dove dice di indossare la mascherina prima di entrare io la indosso e entro ma all'interno trovo la titolare con una sua assistente che in modo molto arrogante e sgarbato mi dicono di dover uscire perché loro erano chiusi al pubblico e io lo avrei dovuto capire dalla catena. Ma io credevo fosse per la mascherina ma comunque sia ci sono modi e modi di dire le cose io ho subito chiesto scusa e me ne sono andato

Per correttezza, segnalo professionalità da parte del signor Carmine, unica persona che dovrebbe avere a che fare con il pubblico.

Ricordarsi perfettamente di una persona in particolare fra tante a cui avete cortesemente risposto "Oh, è la sesta volta che me lo chiedi!!!", magari significa che qualche dubbio sul vostro comportamento ce l'avete anche voi oppure forse no, perché non è vostra abitudine essere maleducati.
