Recatomi per radiazione targhe per esportazione all'estero, mi ha colpito l'arroganza e la presunzione di uno dei titolari, non preparato per questo tipo di pratica. Accolto con un NO deciso sulla documentazione portata da me, voleva fare una email da mandare al PRA per il proseguimento della pratica. Tra un dire e fare abbiamo perso solo tempo. Bastava dire con un pizzico di umiltà..."guardi devo documentarmi".
Morale della favola. Mi sono recato presso altra delegazione ACI e senza se o ma, il titolare mi ha chiesto gli stessi documenti (che andavano benissimo) e in meno di cinque minuti la pratica era terminata.
Bad experience with this ACI delegation. When I went to have license plates for export abroad, I was struck by the arrogance and presumption of one of the owners, not prepared for this type of practice. Accepted with a decided NO on the documentation brought by me, he wanted to send an email to the PRA for the continuation of the practice. Between saying and doing we only lost time. It was enough to say with a hint of humility ... "look, I have to document myself".
Moral of the story. I went to another ACI delegation and without ifs or buts, the owner asked me for the same documents (which were fine) and in less than five minutes the procedure was over.
