O	Onciulenco Sorin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato e o chiesto se potevo andare a vedere la macchina, mi sono recato in sede e o trovato solo il custode che non sapeva nulla della machina, e per poter vedere i tagliandi è per avere informazioni sulla machina dovevo venire di nuovo un altro giorno. Poi ho chiamato il proprietario e li ho fatto un paio di domande sulla macchina, che a quanto pare l'o hanno infastidito, e mia risposto che si rifiuta di vendermi la macchina. Fare delle domande su un prodotto che vuoi acquistare non è un motivo fondato per rifiutare un cliente. Al momento ho la macchina ferma con problemi al motore e non ho saputo niente!!! Mi è stato garantito che avrebbero provveduto ad ordinare il pezzo e a montarlo.Dopo numerose telefonate,tante scuse per non adempiere alla promessa e diverse volte in cui mi sono recata inutilmente dal concessionario,ho deciso di provvedere a mie spese alla risoluzione del problema (spesa €250!) Al momento dell ‘acquisto si sono tanto vantati di essere precisi,disponibili e seri,nella realtà…lasciate perdere e acquistate altrove! Ho comprato una C3 Picasso sei mesi fa, in fase di acquisto il titolare mi ha promesso quattro gomme estive e due tagliandi . Quando sono andato a ritirare la macchina mi ha detto, guarda in questo momento non ho qui in officina le gomme ma martedì o mercoledì ti chiamo e vieni a ritirarle. Bene sono passati sei mesi e dopo numerosi solleciti niente gomme ..direi che mi sento preso in giro. Hello, with regret I make my first negative review.
