★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una media: l'ufficio Acea è organizzato e efficiente: poca fila e spiegazioni esaurienti. Purtroppo, una volta usciti, il servizio Areti è scadente e irritante. Appuntamento fissato, poi rimandato. Risultato: passata una mattinata in casa per aspettare il loro rappresentante, che non è venuto. Il seguente contatto telefonico frustrante: dichiaravano che l'addetto era passato e non aveva trovato nessuno e aveva lasciato un biglietto a riguardo. Cosa non vera, ma purtroppo con Acea e affiliate non c'è modo di avere un servizio efficiente e non esistono alternative per alcune necessità.
