DOPO MESI si sono degnati di fare una nota di credito tra l'altro anche errata.... Non capisco come ancora questa gente poco seria possa lavorare....Noi abbiamo una politica diversa con i nostri clienti, li abbiamo SEMPRE trattati con la massima stima, non per questo lavoriamo da oltre 40 anni nel settore del trattamento acque , costruzione piscine e fornitura e montaggio elettropompe sommerse e tutto ciò non ci era mai capitato con nessun fornitore... PESSIMI!. E cosa mi è stato risposto....... Che al titolare non gliene può fregar di meno di parlare del reso... Allucinante... Non ho parole. Ma che lavorano a fare. CHIUDETE CHE È MEGLIO. L'unica cosa che a loro interessa è fare il contratto e cambiarti i filtri. Non riesci assolutamente a contattarli, solo i loro agenti che sono in giro ti rispondo, ma non fanno niente. sono riuscita ad avere un numero di telefono che dovrebbe essere del responsabile della Sicilia, e nonostante i messaggi wathsapp vengono letti vengono assolutamente ignorati. a me il depuratore funziona ma mi è saltato il raccordo che hanno messo per collegare il depuratore, allagando mi tutta casa. ho avuto un mare di danni e ho dovuto pagare un idraulico per poter almeno usare il lavello della cucina. sto ancora pagando per questo depuratore. sto seriamente valutando di avviare un azione legale per i danni a casa e per tutto il resto.
