Se facendo il gioco delle performance non fai tantissimi contratti, non vedi extra in busta. Non adatto a chi fa tantissimi km per raggiungere il posto di lavoro You earn if you manage to make contracts, otherwise you have a basic hourly wage of 3 euros per hour. If playing the performance game, you don't make a lot of contracts, you don't see extras in the envelope. Not suitable for those who travel many kilometers to reach the workplace

A distanza di un anno ammetto di avere imparato tanto anche se con grande sofferenza interiore ma, come in ogni percorso alchemico, i grandi risultati si raggiungono a lungo termine e attraverso sentieri a volte tortuosi. A serious company where the professionalism and ability of the team leaders are at a high level. Great collaboration between the operators and with the same t.l .. After a year I admit that I have learned a lot even if with great inner suffering but, as in any alchemical path, great results are achieved in the long term and through sometimes tortuous paths.

Non avevo la più pallida idea di come avrei fatto a lavorare in un call center. La maggior parte dei miei amici mi compativa ed io mi sentivo confusa. Invece ho trovato dei colleghi simpatici che mi hanno accolta con cordialità. Li ringrazio tanto e ringrazio tantissimo la mia Team Leader Elena che mi ha sempre incoraggiata e ha creduto in me. I had been looking for a job to integrate family finances for a while and when I passed the interview it didn't seem true. I had no idea how I was going to work in a call center. Most of my friends pitied me and I felt confused. Instead I found some nice colleagues who welcomed me with cordiality.
