Mi hanno mandato via dicendomi "sei uno di quelli con la produttività piu alta"...quindi se siete entrati sperando che col merito andrete avanti, lasciate perdere. Sperate solo di essere fortunati. V	Vivinmusica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto il dispiacere di essere selezionata per fare un corso di formazione non retribuito con covisian tramite ag. Lavoro per servizi di 'banca Fideuram". Il sig. Vincenzo lo Presti l addetto insegnante ha creato confusione su argomenti di media difficoltà che sono diventati con lui impossibili da comprendere . Persona molto confusionaria inadeguata all'insegnamento, predisposta a simpatie e anche pregiudizi discriminatori. Durante le simulazioni vedevamo i conti correnti Fideuram di clienti anche importanti con saldo conti e movimenti bancari . Io ad esempio conosco saldo di Totti e Gassman i quali se sapessero tutto questo probabilmente chiuderebbero i loro conti correnti. Dopo 10gg di formazione non sono più stata contattata, nessuno di covisian ha voluto dare spiegazione sulla motivazione della mancata selezionle e l'agenzia idem. Ho intuito di non essere stata selezionata solo perché i miei compagni di corso hanno ricevuto contratti e io nulla. pensare che sono stata sempre collegata 8 ore al dì, ho partecipato attivamente alla formazione prendendo appunti e quant'altro , ma malgrado ciò sono state scelte persone che non parlando italiano corretto e altre che non hanno mai partecipato al corso. La serietà di una azienda si vede anche da questo comportamento . Qualche parola per definire questo call center "incapaci ,disorganizzati ,confusionari e irrispettosi ". Se questa è serietà immagino il contratto non verrà nemmeno onorato a questo punto e sono preoccupata per la sorte dei malcapitati scelti.
