La parrucchiera mi propone e sceglie un prodotto che si stende come i colpi di sole e fin qui tutto ok. Poi, un'altra parrucchiera dello staff mi applica una maschera effetto filler per capelli sciupati e mi fa uno shanpoo x capelli colorati. Inizia a fare la piega e....il risultato??? Sparito il mio biondo platino, l'effetto complessivo è una testa castana senza contrasti!! Nooooo Aiuto!! Chiedo spiegazioni e sapete qual'è la loro risposta? Che i contrasti c'erano, ed ero io che non vedevo bene!!!!!!!.....Ecco, la prima parte della storia può capitare anche ai migliori, la seconda parte, per me non esiste, si dice scarsa professionalità. Per tamponare la mia rabbia hanno sistemato la cosa con qualche nuovo colpo di sole, che però non ha risolto la mia esigenza e oggi, mi ritrovo al punto di prima.
