Tagliati di 4 cm e scalati, tra l altro da una parte più corta che dall altra!!! Un disastro...... mi ritrovo con un taglio che nn è un taglio ma sforbiciate qua e la' ,capelli che sembrano tagliati da me!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! I asked to check them off, and I didn't climb them because I had to "pick them up" for work ... Result ???? Cut to 4 cm and climbed, among other things from a shorter part than the other !!! Mentre mi tagliava i capelli parlava con le altre clienti senza manco guardare quello che faceva! Tutti storti, taglio che non corrisponde con quello richiesto! la mia richiesta era semplice… riprendere il taglio che avevo fatto due mesi prima (quindi molto evidente) per aggiustare il ciuffo! Sono uscita con una frangia e sembro un casco di banane! TERRIFYING! I've been crying all afternoon! People like that shouldn't miss work! While she was cutting my hair she talked to the other clients without even looking at what she was doing! All crooked, cut that does not correspond to the one requested! my request was simple ... resume the cut I had made two months before (therefore very evident) to fix the tuft! Prezzi davvero ottimi per il servizio ed il trattamento. Sono davvero soddisfatta. Ci tornerò sicuramente I booked today a cut and meches, fast, kind and competent, familiar and welcoming place, they make you feel pampered and at ease. Really good prices for service and treatment.
