Entro nel locale per ritirare un pacco ordinato su Vinted. Il locale è vuoto c'è solo un tizio che si accende una sigaretta all'ingresso. Vedo diversi pacchi in mezzo alla sala clienti tra cui uno che assomigliava al mio. Lo tocco per vedere se poteva essere il mio, il tizio entra nel locale con la sigaretta accesa urlandomi e dandomi del maleducato in quanto avevo toccato un pacco. Mi scuso (nonostante i pacchi erano messi tutti li nella sala riservata ai clienti e senza nessun cartello che indicasse di non toccarli) ma lui continua ad insultarmi e offendermi. Mi butta fuori e ricomincia a fumare buttandomi il fumo vicino quasi per sfida. Gli chiedo se devo davvero aspettare che lui fuma per poter entrare in un locale aperto e lui mi risponde si questa è casa mia. Aspetto mi dà il pacco e mentre me ne vado continua ad insultarmi e offendermi. Non credevo si potesse mai trattare così un cliente. Sono davvero amareggiato. Bad Experience. I hardly leave negative reviews but, having never seen such rude personal activity inside, I am obliged to. I go inside to collect a package ordered on Vinted. The place is empty, there is only one guy who lights a cigarette at the entrance. I see several packages in the middle of the customer lounge including one that looked like mine. I touch it to see if it could be mine, the guy walks into the room with a lit cigarette yelling at me and calling me rude because I had touched a package. I apologize (although the packages were all placed there in the room reserved for customers and without any sign indicating not to touch them) but he continues to insult and offend me. He throws me out and starts smoking again, throwing the smoke near me almost as a challenge. I ask him if I really have to wait until he smokes to be able to enter an open room and he replies yes this is my home. I wait gives me the package and while I'm leaving continues to insult and offend me. I didn't think you could ever treat a customer like this. I am really embittered.
