Ottima degustazione di olio e antipasto di benvenuto con Arancino al tartufo croccantissimo su un letto di cous cous. Very refined restaurant, wonderful location in the historic center, great courtesy, qualified staff and selected food. Excellent oil tasting and welcome appetizer with Arancino with crunchy truffle on a bed of couscous.

Un nuovo concept per uscire dalla quotidianità e che dà quel tocco mancante alla città. Il locale si divide in tre aree principali: food area, drink area e giardino esterno. La prima sala, adibita al pranzo e la cena, è colorata e confortevole, dotata di sedie morbide e da un lungo divanetto sovrastato da un grande specchio antico. La seconda invece si presenta più esotica, ricca di piante e lucine, con un mix di elementi moderni ed antichi, come il pianoforte. L'esterno è divisibile in due aree: il giardino con poltroncine e tavolini, perfetti per l'aperitivo o il dopocena ed una vasta pedana ricoperta da un cielo di luci che rende l'atmosfera, per un aperitivo o un pasto, magica. La cucina è quella tipica del bistrot, caratterizzata da un menù semplice e vario. Vi sono piatti tipici ed altri rielaborati con cura e fantasia dallo chef Gianluca e la sua équipe. Gli ingredienti sono selezionati allo scopo di rendere la cena o il pranzo un'esperienza il più piacevole possibile. Il menù inoltre varia in base alla stagionalità. Genuini, buoni e belli. Il bar offre 10 cocktail speciali per chi ama cambiare e ovviamante anche i più classici. Solo alcool di qualità, confermato dalle bottiglie presenti e visibili appunto dalle bottiglierie. La carta dei vini è in continua evoluzione, per poter affiancare in armonia i piatti. What to say, try to believe. A new place in Giarre, to vary a little. A new concept to get out of everyday life and that gives the city a touch that is missing. The restaurant is divided into three main areas: food area, drink area and outdoor garden. The first room, used for lunch and dinner, is colorful and comfortable, with soft chairs and a long sofa dominated by a large antique mirror. The second one is more exotic, full of plants and lights, with a mix of modern and antique elements, such as the piano. The exterior is divided into two areas: the garden with chairs and tables, perfect for an aperitif or after dinner and a wide platform covered with a sky lights making the atmosphere for a drink or a meal, magical. The cuisine is typical of the bistro, characterized by a simple and varied menu. There are typical dishes and others reworked with care and imagination by the chef Gianluca and his team. The ingredients are selected to make dinner or lunch an enjoyable experience. The menu also varies according to the season. Genuine, good and beautiful. The bar offers 10 special cocktails for those who love changing and of course the most classic ones. Only quality alcohol, confirmed by the bottles present and visible from the bottles. The wine list is constantly evolving, in order to harmoniously complement the dishes.

Simple and overly salty dishes. Fries too salty. Restaurant seems new but humidity problems are apparent. Welcoming and friendly staff.

Si percepisce la ricerca nei sapori perfettamente bilanciati. Vino al calice consigliato dal proprietario perfettamente in tono con i sapori delle portate che ho scelto. Una piccola oasi anche per il cortile esterno e l'area drink. Consiglio vivamente Incredibly welcoming location. Perfect music, good wine and a menu with delicate flavors. The research in perfectly balanced flavors is perceived. Wine by the glass recommended by the owner perfectly in tune with the flavors of the courses I have chosen.
