Un consiglio davvero fatto con il cuore,s parla di persone ammalate, chse CallCenternoi contattiamo eun medico è assolutamente perché ci sono problemi di salute! Poi chi ha il dovere di stabilire degli appuntamenti con lei DOTTORESSA... lavorano con i piedi, non rispondono mai al telefono, poi quando finalmente rispondono riattaccano senza un valido motivo, credo che lei deve comunicare a quei incompetenti che una volta a settimana l'entrata è senza prenotazione! Fanno davvero ridere che danno un appuntamento con il dottore dopo un mese! Ma ti pare? Dopo un mese? Se io chiamo al medico è perché sto male! In sintesi: malato di covid19 nel Marzo di quest'anno terrificante, il problema della dottoressa era come poter giustificare la mia malattia all'inps prorogata settimana in settimana perché, secondo lei, una scusa per non andare al lavoro!!!...abbandonato a me stesso, non HA fatto alcuna denuncia all'ats e dulcis in fundo alla fine dei due mesi alla richiesta mia di fare una rx toracica di controllo, mi ha risposto "facciamo finta che abbia la tosse", pazzesco!!!!! Alla liberalizzazione ho fatto il sierologico e naturalmente positivo, con esito di segni lasciati nei polmoni poi attestati da tac che sotto mia pressione ho obbligato a prescrivere!!! VERGOGNA! Sempre nervosa e schizzata con tutti, veramente una dottoressa non degna del suo titolo, manca di segreteria e le visite (poche e frettolose) mille volte interrotte da chiamate, citofoni ecc...RICUSATA APPENA HO POTUTO. Dottoressa che non prescrive nulla, ho avuto il covid e ha avuto rimostranze alla mia richiesta di una rx di controllo, se possiedi delle esenzioni farà di tutto per prescrivere a pagamento insomma, un'impiegata votata al risparmio della sanità lombarda. Naturalmente ricusato e segnalata al primo medico! Inutile avere un medico che non assiste quando si sta davvero male. Never had a worse experience. He never answers the phone or emails. Durante gli orari di ricevimento in studio (a cui si può accedere solo su appuntamento) stacca il telefono fisso, dal momento che risulta sempre occupato. Al cellulare, invece, è possibile chiamare SOLO fino alle 10 del mattino per urgenze, ma anche lì senza ricevere alcuna risposta. Cambiata subito. Doctor impossible to contact. Io oggi ho telefonato ed al primo colpo la segreteria della dott.ssa Accardo mi ha risposto e fissato un appuntamento, chiedendomi peraltro conferma del mio cellulare. È vero che devo aspettare fino al 9 marzo (ma ho dato disponibilità in pratica solo per mercoledì), ma devo portare solo esami. Trovo inoltre sempre gentile, disponibile e preparata la dott.ssa Accardo, che mi segue ormai da 4 anni. I read a lot of criticisms that strike me. Probabilmente è rimasta ferma agli anni 70, non utilizza e-mail e neanche WhatsApp. Contattarla è praticamente impossibile. A seguito di un intervento in day hospital le ho chiesto di prescrivermi un farmaco mutuabile (seleparina), si è rifiutata senza neanche chiedermi la la documentazione medica comprovante la mia richiesta. Inoltre ho dovuto anche insistere per avere i giorni di malattia, tra l'altro mai chiesti in 2 anni. Infine aggiungo che empatia e gentilezza (doti che un medico dovrebbe avere) non le appartengono.
