I did the SAB course (ex REC) course quickly, they give you a lot of useful info if you want to open your own business, in the end it was a nice and useful experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto il corso Tecniche di base con lo chef Samuele Beccaro. Il corso mi ha dato delle ottime basi e ottimi spunti sia per le cene più formali che per i pasti quotidiani. Lo chef è iper professionale e, ovviamente, bravissimo. L'Accademia è molto ben organizzata: tempistiche, dispense, ricette e programma. Tutto ottimo! Da ripetere e sicuramente da consigliare!
I took the Basic Techniques course with chef Samuele Beccaro. The course gave me a great foundation and great ideas for both more formal dinners and daily meals. The chef is hyper professional and obviously very good. The Academy is very well organized: timing, handouts, recipes and program. All great! To repeat and definitely to be recommended!
