Ho acquistato un costume effek il quale al primo utilizzo si é completamente usurato (il colore é sparito). Mi sono recata nello store con gentilezza non esigendo un cambio, ma una spiegazione. La commessa dopo avermi spiegato che “ogni tanto può capitare un capo difettato” mi ha invitato a tornare il giorno seguente. Il giorno seguente mi hanno comunicato che non potevano cambiarmi il costume (cosa che reputo giusta anche se a malincuore), ma che avrei potuto beneficiare di una piccola attenzione anche su merci già scontate. A questo punto provo a dare una seconda chance al negozio chiedendo che sconto mi avrebbero fatto sull’acquisto di un secondo costume. Sono stata letteralmente presa in giro in quanto mi hanno riproposto lo sconto già predisposto dal negozio a tutti i clienti e quando ho fatto notare sempre con gentilezza la cosa, a riprova della grande “professionalità” di questo negozio mi é stato risposto volgarmente che se avessi voluto mi avrebbero preparato una camonilla. My experience in this shop was not positive at all. I bought an effek costume which at the first use is completely worn out (the color has disappeared). I went to the store with kindness, not demanding an exchange, but an explanation. After explaining to me that "sometimes a defective garment can happen", the saleswoman invited me to come back the following day. The following day they told me that they could not change my costume (which I consider right even if reluctantly), but that I could have benefited from a little attention even on already discounted goods. At this point I try to give the shop a second chance by asking what discount they would give me on the purchase of a second costume. I was literally made fun of as they offered me the discount already prepared by the shop to all customers and when I always kindly pointed this out, as proof of the great "professionalism" of this shop, I was told vulgarly that if I had I wished they would have made me a camonilla.

Addirittura la proprietaria era infastidita a mostrare abiti che secondo lei avrei dovuto vederli dal sito prima di entrare in negozio. Staff to say the least rude and unhelpful. Even the owner was annoyed to show clothes that she thought I should have seen them from the site before entering the shop.
