Il numero verde mi dice che probabilmente non possono ricevere quanto devo smaltire ma sentire loro per sicurezza. I have tried to contact phone numbers for more than an hour but no one answers during service hours. The toll-free number tells me that they probably cannot receive what I have to dispose of but hear them for safety.

R	R T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica abbiamo iniziato a lavorare presto per sgomberare la ns cantina .. ci siamo fatti prestare da un amico un furgoncino ( da restituire in giornata) .. ci siamo presentati verso le 12.00 alla discarica ma ci è stato negato il servizio perché i cassoni erano pieni già dal giorno prima.. di fronte alle ns rimostranze ci hanno detto, anche abbastanza scocciati, che avremmo dovuto chiamare prima di andare e che non conta quanto scritto sul sito dell'Acam ... "del resto uno prima di andare alle poste chiama" (eh???) Disservizio inqualificabile... On Sunday we started working early to clear our basement .. we borrowed a truck from a friend (to be returned later in the day) .. we showed up around 12.00 at the landfill but we were denied service because the bins were full already from the day before .. in front of our complaints they told us, even quite annoyed, that we should have called before going and that doesn't count what is written on the site of the Cam ... "after all one before going to the post office calls" (eh ???) Unsuitable inefficiency ...

Sono alcuni clienti che andrebbero presi a schiaffi...ma il mondo è bello perché è vario no? Polite and friendly staff despite a rude audience always maintain their professionalism. Abbiamo scaricato tutto eccetto 2 frigoriferi,ci è stato spiegato che sarebbero di competenza degli stagnoni che però era chiusa per pausa pranzo. Conferire la spazzatura è un lavoro ! Peccato che il lavoro è retribuito solo a loro! An hour of waiting to unload, unfriendly staff because they are guilty of having a refrigerator, staff in dispute with another ecological island of the stagnoni. We unloaded everything except 2 refrigerators, it was explained to us that they would be the responsibility of the stagnoni but it was closed for lunch. Delivering the garbage is a job! Too bad that the work is paid only to them!
