M	Maria Laura Cisale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MALEDUCATI. Arriviamo al bancone e diciamo BUONGIORNO, per 3 volte, nessuno dei camerieri ci risponde: parlano tra di loro. Finalmente riusciamo a comunicare che vorremmo 2 caffè. La ragazza si impanica e senza farci prima lo scontrino si reca alla macchina per fare i caffè. Arriva dal fondo del bancone un'altra commessa che stava precedentemente servendo 2 turisti. Non riesce a parlare in inglese, non riesce a fare un benedetto scontrino. Le facciamo notare che comunque noi siamo in cassa e che magari può fare lo scontrino prima a noi e poi risolvere con loro: TRAGEDIA. Ci dice con grande scortesia che ha un conto aperto e che deve terminare prima quello, ci mancava solo che ci apostrofasse con insulti. Morale della favola: ce ne siamo andati e i caffè sono rimasti sul banco. P.s. Assumete personale che sappia almeno l'inglese e abbia un minimo di dimestichezza con la tecnologia, stiamo parlando di un BAR a ROMA TERMINI!!! RUDE. We arrive at the counter and say GOOD MORNING, 3 times, none of the waiters answer us: they talk to each other. We are finally able to communicate that we would like 2 coffees. The girl gets panicked and without giving us the receipt first she goes to the coffee machine. Another saleswoman who was previously serving 2 tourists arrives from the back of the counter. He can't speak English, he can't get a blessed receipt. We point out that in any case we are at the cash desk and that maybe you can make the receipt for us first and then solve with them: TRAGEDY. He tells us with great rudeness that he has an open account and that he must finish that first, we just needed him to apostrophize us with insults. Moral of the story: we left and the coffees remained on the counter. P.s. Hire staff who know at least English and have a minimum of familiarity with technology, we are talking about a BAR in ROMA TERMINI !!!

C	Chandni Khemai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly, rude and arrogant behaviour and service. One lady told us we could sit in front of their café. After buying drinks of total 8 euro we went there to sit to enjoy of our grapefruit juices, and then another lady came who said we could not sit there because only customers who paid 12 euro were allowed to sit. I was there also with my mom who used assistance of walking stick, she was very tired and had pain in her legs. We were the only people sitting there but she yelled at us and told us to leave.

They yell at you from the moment you arrive until you leave, as soon as we sat down to order our food, they yelled at us to stop and leave when we were just sitting down and we were going to order, then they ran us off in a very rude way and with shouts telling us to leave to our house, not to mention that it is not cheap to give you such a bad service! Do not waste your time and money in that place
