Unfortunately for newbies who, like me, have been in for a few years now, contracts are very precarious. Fixed term, 3, 5 or 8 months and then you are stopped for who knows how many months before being called back again for a new department. There is no continuity and there is no possibility of career advancement, that is, practically the time to get carried away with the systems and with the order you work for that expires your contract and they leave you at home. Then after months you are called back if it suits you and you start with a new course and you have to learn everything from scratch again .. In my opinion this is a bit counterproductive as well as being ugly for the dignity of the worker himself. We determined now live with anxiety. In my opinion, those who commit themselves should be rewarded, those who do their work with seriousness and with the fruits that it brings to the company itself. We hope that the situation changes
