★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsa attenzione in negozio, ciò nonostante essendoci un’ottima promozione in corso abbiamo velocemente scelto ed ordinato un divano. Tempi di consegna indicatici 5 settimane. Due telefonate per avere notizie senza ricevere indicazioni; la referente per due volte ha detto che non ne sapeva niente e che si sarebbe informata. Entrambe le volte non ha richiamato. Oggi, alla fine della sesta settimana, abbiamo chiamato per la terza volta e la referente ha ammesso di essersi ancora scordata di informarsi e di chiamarci.
Non consigliamo questo negozio.
Little attention in the shop, despite there being an excellent promotion in progress we quickly chose and ordered a sofa. Delivery times indicative 5 weeks. Two phone calls to get news without receiving directions; the representative twice said that she didn't know anything and that she would be informed. Both times did not call back. Today, at the end of the sixth week, we called for the third time and the contact person admitted that he had forgotten to inform himself and to call us.
