L'ambiente è molto accogliente e curato nei dettagli, il personale risulta molto gentile e professionale.
Inoltre da poco è possibile effettuare acquisti anche online tramite il sito, che presenta una sezione outlet dove trovare tanti prodotti anche a metà prezzo.
Il sito è molto vivace nei colori e intuitivo, invoglia molto l'utente ad effettuare acquisti, inoltre altro aspetto fondamentale sono le spedizioni completamente gratuite in tutta Italia.
