★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È il quarto anno che io e il mio ragazzo veniamo a Pesaro e siamo sempre venuti qui. Ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo, il residence è a due minuti dal centro storico e due minuti dal mare. Posizione comodissima e di fronte a un ristorante bellissimo e buonissimo. il proprietario è sempre stata disponibilissima, lo consigliamo molto.
 It is the fourth year that my boyfriend and I have come to Pesaro and we have always come here. We always had a great time, the residence is two minutes from the historic center and two minutes from the sea. Convenient location and in front of a beautiful and delicious restaurant. the owner has always been extremely helpful, we highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre l'estrema disponibilità e gentilezza di Federico che gestisce il residence, ho trovato tutto ciò che si potrebbe richiedere da una vacanza a Pesaro.. posizione vicino al mare, appartamento appena ristrutturato con ampi spazi per quattro persone e pulizia. Torneremo sicuramente!!! ?
Besides the extreme availability and kindness of Federico who manages the residence, I found everything you could ask for from a holiday in Pesaro .. location near the sea, newly renovated apartment with large spaces for four people and cleanliness. We will definitely be back !!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena trascorso una breve vacanza in questo residence pulito, moderno e in posizione strategica, in quanto in prossimità dei lidi balneari, piste ciclabili, fermate bus, ristoranti e del centro storico. Ha tripla esposizione, quindi molto luminoso ed arioso. Ho apprezzato molto l'ingresso indipendente e lo spazio esterno con guardino.
I have just spent a short vacation in this clean, modern and strategically located residence, as it is close to the seaside resorts, cycle paths, bus stops, restaurants and the historic center. It has triple exposure, therefore very light and airy. I really appreciated the independent entrance and the outdoor space with a view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo affittato uno degli appartamenti per più di 20 giorni ad agosto. Siamo stati veramente bene. Proprietario gentile che ha sempre cercato di accontentare le nostre richieste. Posizione perfetta, vicinissima al mare, alla palla di Pomodoro e comodissima al centro storico. Molto consigliato!!!
We rented one of the apartments for more than 20 days in August. We really enjoyed our stay. Friendly owner who has always tried to please our requests. Perfect location, very close to the sea, the Pomodoro ball and very convenient to the historic center. Highly recommended!!!

Anche se il Wi-Fi non prende in ogni stanza ed é abbastabza lento.
Residence very close to the historic center and the beach, simple apartment but equipped with all comforts and renovated. What can I say ... perfect.
Although the Wi-Fi doesn't take up every room and is pretty slow.

Gli appartamenti sono accoglienti, comodi e dotati di tutte le necessità anche per permanenze più lunghe. Infine il proprietario, Federico, è una persona gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!!!
I stayed at the residence for a few months on business. The location is strategic: very close to the center and the sea. The apartments are welcoming, comfortable and equipped with all the necessities even for longer stays. Finally, the owner, Federico, is a kind and helpful person. Highly recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato temporaneamente per 2 mesi, Marzo e Aprile. Appartamento molto ampio e vivibile, caldo e silenzioso. Arredamento di gusto, per soggiorni brevi o temporanei, caldamente consigliato. Posizione ovviamente molto comoda. Giardinetto retrostante molto carino.

We stayed temporarily for 2 months, March and April. Very large and livable apartment, warm and quiet. Tasteful furnishings, for short or temporary stays, highly recommended. Obviously very convenient location. Very nice back garden.
