m	marco pratone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io davvero non capisco certe recensioni che sembrano dettate più da una sorta di concorrenza sleale all’interno del territorio che da altro. Personalmente vado sempre da Mike con la mia famiglia, per me è la pizza più buona che si possa trovare nella provincia di Alessandria. L’impasto è il punto di forza delle pizze di Mike così come la mozzarella e la salsa al pomodoro. Chi parla di pizze gommose ingredienti scadenti è palesemente in malafede, probabilmente amico di qualche pizzettaro improvvisato di Novi Ligure. Stesso discorso vale per gli scontrini ecc, non mi è MAI successo una volta di uscire senza scontrino ed essendo cliente abituale magari qualche volta sarebbe potuto anche capitare. Per quanto riguarda i prezzi, non è credibile che gente tirchia come i novesi paghi di più rispetto al listino e anche in silenzio. I prezzi sono quelli di una qualsiasi pizzeria, leggo di gente che ha pagato 4 pizze 68€ quando la pizza più cara costa 14€ quindi o siete analfabeti o in malafede! Detto ciò ribadisco che la pizza di Mike è davvero ottima e degna di considerazione massima anche per quelli che confondono la pizza con un biscotto. I really don't understand certain reviews that seem to be dictated more by a kind of unfair competition within the territory than by anything else. Personally I always go to Mike's with my family, for me it is the best pizza you can find in the province of Alessandria. The dough is the strong point of Mike's pizzas as well as the mozzarella and tomato sauce. Anyone who talks about chewy pizzas with poor ingredients is clearly in bad faith, probably a friend of some improvised pizza chef from Novi Ligure. The same goes for the receipts, etc. It has NEVER happened to me once to go out without a receipt and being a regular customer maybe sometimes it could also happen. As for the prices, it is not credible that stingy people like Novesi pay more than the price list and even in silence. The prices are those of any pizzeria, I read of people who paid 4 pizzas 68 € when the most expensive pizza costs 14 € so either you are illiterate or in bad faith! Having said that, I repeat that Mike's pizza is really excellent and worthy of maximum consideration even for those who confuse pizza with a biscuit.

Personale accogliente e simpatico, ma purtroppo camerieri e pizzaioli erano tutti senza mascherina, all'ingresso c'è un cartoncino che dice che accettano i ticket elettronici, ma in realtà non li acccettano e infine non c'è traccia di gel per le mani. La pizza ? è abbastanza buona, i condimenti mi sono sembrati abbastanza di qualità, sottile al centro e bordi spessi (quasi come quella napoletana, dico quasi perché è davvero troppo sottile al centro). Ma veniamo alla nota dolente, abbiamo preso una pizza da 10€ e una da 7€, più acqua naturale e due caffè, totale? 30€...non mi sembra affatto corretto "pompare" così i prezzi, piuttosto rincarate le pizze, ma un furto così a sorpresa no...non ci tornerò più. Welcoming and friendly staff, but unfortunately the waiters and pizza chefs were all without masks, at the entrance there is a card that says they accept electronic tickets, but in reality they do not accept them and finally there is no trace of hand gel. The pizza ? is quite good, the toppings seemed to me to be quite quality, thin in the center and thick edges (almost like the Neapolitan one, I say almost because it is really too thin in the center). But let's get to the sore point, we got a 10 € pizza and a 7 € pizza, plus still water and two coffees, total? 30 € ... it doesn't seem right at all to "pump up" the prices like this, rather hike the pizzas, but such a surprise theft no ... I won't go back there again.

FUORI CATEGORIA assolutamente per morbidezza e digeribilità di impasto nonché QUALITÀ SUPERIORE rispetto a qualsiasi altro posto mai provato degli ingredienti. Per ciò che riguarda il resto i prezzi sono più alti rispetto ad altri sicuramente, ma dopo che la proverete cambierete sicuramente idea, mentre magari il servizio non è il massimo soprattutto nel week-end ma è semplicemente dovuto al grande numero di clienti con cui hanno a che fare. Quindi, ciò detto, le 5 stelle sono STRA-ME-RI-TA-TE. So, to get straight to the point: as a pizza it has no equal in the city or even in the neighboring area. OUT OF CLASS absolutely for softness and digestibility of dough as well as SUPERIOR QUALITY than any other place ever tried of ingredients. As for the rest, the prices are higher than others for sure, but after you try it you will certainly change your mind, while perhaps the service is not the best especially on weekends but it is simply due to the large number of customers with whom they have to do. So, that being said, the 5 stars are STRA-ME-RI-TA-TE.

Al momento di sfornare le pizze ed essere messe nel cartone io ero lì, il calzone sembrava giusto , mentre la pizza era molto più piccola dell ultima volta(faccio notare che ho ordinato le pizze anche il 29/12/2021 fatte dal pizzaiolo giovane egiziano). A quel punto chiedo al titolare, che infornava ed sfornava le pizze (oltretutto lavorava con mascherina sotto il mento ed continuava a ridere e scherzare... Perciò viva le precauzioni anti-covid) il perché fosse così piccola. Lui mi rispose dicendomi perché il bordo era ripieno ( ed ripeto le avevo ordinate anche dei giorni in passato cioè 29/12/2021). Torno a casa apro cartone del calzone ed pizza, guardo un pelo sopra al calzone , ma la sorpresa arriva, inizio a tagliare ed guarda un po' (poi buttate ) la pizza: cruda! Chiamo a quel punto dico di voler parlare con il proprietario Mike ed gli dico che le pizze sono crude ... Lui da uomo abbastanza intelligente, esclama ridendo "aia, io cosa ci devo fare". Tanto noi clienti i soldi da buttare c'è li abbiamo giusto?!? Tanto mio figlio la pizza non l ha mangiato vero?!?!. Se uno non è capace a fare il pizzaiolo o un altro lavoro, perfavore non aprite locali perché grazie a mia moglie che non sono tornato indietro ed non glielo sbattuta in faccia. Spero che Asl risponda domani mattina . Perché vendere il mangiare così non si può, poi diciamo al kebabbaro che ci fregano il lavoro ed i piatti nostri, ma almeno loro sono capaci a farle ed ci mettono impegno . Stelle messe una perché sennò non potevo commentare. Fatte schifo ! Today, 2/01/2022, I ordered a calzone and a "real pizza" at 19.33. At the time of taking out the pizzas and being put into the carton I was there, the calzone seemed right, while the pizza was much smaller than the last time (I note that I also ordered the pizzas on 12/29/2021 made by the young Egyptian pizza chef ). At that point I ask the owner, who baked and baked the pizzas (plus he worked with a mask under his chin and kept laughing and joking ... So long live the anti-covid precautions) why it was so small. I call at that point and say I want to talk to the owner Mike and tell him that the pizzas are raw ... He, as a quite intelligent man, exclaims laughing "farmyard, what should I do". So we customers have the money to throw away right?!? So my son didn't eat pizza, did he?!?!. If someone is not able to be a pizza maker or another job, please don't open premises because thanks to my wife I didn't come back and didn't throw it in his face. I hope that ASL responds tomorrow morning. Because it is not possible to sell food like this, then we tell the kebab shop that they cheat our work and our dishes, but at least they are capable of making them and they put effort into it. C	Cas Sold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza tutt'altro che napoletana, bassa e cornicione piccolo. Totale assenza di antipasti nel menu! Bah.... Solo il babà grande è parso apparentemente buono. Prezzi alti per quanto offerto Menu povero e con scarabocchi sui prezzi delle portate. Assenza di scontrino e al pagamento alla cassa prezzi sparati al momento. Ci sono pizzerie migliori napoletane nella provincia di AL.
