Focaccia al formaggio buona..... Conto nella media....... Overall good .... Personally I like thin and crunchy porridge ... but it wasn't like that ..... the taste good ..... but ....... Le porzioni sono piccole ma anche i prezzi sono bassi quindi si possono assaggiare più cose. Anche il tiramisù eccezionale come dolce. Insomma un posto ottimo e consigliatissimo. Non è molto grande quindi può convenire prenotare o si rischia di attendere. È consigliato anche dalla guida alle osterie d'Italia slow food. All great! Very good porridge, cooked to perfection. Cheese focaccia and excellent pizzas too. The portions are small but the prices are also low so you can taste more things. Even the delicious tiramisu as a dessert. In short, a great and highly recommended place. It is not very big so you can book or you may wait. It is also recommended by the slow food guide to Italian taverns.

Ecco, rispetto alla presenza su quella guida, faccio fatica a giustificare i tot km di distanza dal casello per questo tipo di cucina. Se invece si è in centro a Novi Ligure, merita sicuramente una visita. Great place for snacks, snacks, delicious lunch breaks. Farinata specialties, small pizzas, fried. Known by chance, because it is present on the road outside the toll booth. Here, compared to the presence on that guide, I find it hard to justify the tot km away from the toll booth for this type of cuisine. If, on the other hand, you are in the center of Novi Ligure, it is definitely worth a visit.

Ottima anche la cucina (il baccalà è speciale) e le fritture. Personale estremamente cortese e ottima selezione di birre artigianali. Consigliatissimo, sia in famiglia che per una serata tra amici. What to say? Historic restaurant specializing in preparations with a wood oven: recco, recco pizzata, farinata, pan pizza. The cuisine is also excellent (cod is special) and the fried food. Extremely friendly staff and great selection of craft beers. Highly recommended, both with family and for an evening with friends.
