★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このパン屋さんのパンは本当に美味しい。とくにシチリアの古代小麦ティミリア（timilia）を使ったパンが最高におすすめです。このパンに、オリーブオイルと塩さえあれば、ワイン何杯もいけちゃいます。
The bread at this bakery is really delicious. Bread made from Sicilian ancient wheat timilia is especially recommended. If you have olive oil and salt in this bread, you can make many glasses of wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My time in Taormina would not be complete without daily breakfast from this bakery. I prefer my sandwich with melted cheese and most bakeries in Italy do not heat them long enough for the cheese to melt. This one was different. The heated ham (cotto) and cheese (normale) on foccacia, made to order with all of the dressings is sooooo good. I was there every morning when they opened at 8am. The smell is heavenly. The service is friendly and the bakery is impeccably clean.
