Pane abbondante , con una pagnotta si mangia tranquillamente in due ma ogni volta ci facciamo tentare e ne prendiamo due . Prodotti locali gustosi. Consigliato. Good pane cunzato, a “spartan” place but helpful and welcoming staff. Booked easily via Fb. Plentiful bread, with a loaf you can eat easily in two but every time we let ourselves be tempted and we take two. Tasty local products. Recommended.

Veramente ottimo soprattutto quello con la farina di tumminia. Altro punto a favore sono gli ingredienti che si possono scegliere per condirlo di alta qualità. Consigliata la prenotazione. Really yummy. We took a 20 day tour of Sicily and returned to this place just to savor the cunzato bread. Really excellent especially the one with tumminia flour. Another point in favor are the ingredients that can be chosen to season it of high quality. Reservation recommended.

Dal pane di farine pregiate alla mortadella d'asina. Prodotti DOC. Certo i costi ne risentono un po'. la sola pagnotta di pane di circa 500 g con farina di Tuminia costa 5,00 euro e se prendete U ZU Balas (ingredienti predefiniti nel menù) aggiungere altri 12,00 euro. Comunque superlativo e gustoso pane condito. Unica pecca,! Delle fastidiose formiche con le Ali. Consigliato. Viene sistemato al momento. Questo locale è rinomato per servire una pagnotta di mezzo kg di pane (al prezzo di 4 o 5€ in base al grano) alla quale bisogna abbinare una serie di ingredienti, a libera scelta del cliente. Prodotti ottimi, assolutamente. Ma servizio lento, non si può attendere 60 minuti quando il locale è semivuoto. Bagno pulito ma senza carta igienica, sostituta con dei tovaglioli. Conto salato e nessuna norma anti-covid rispettata. Good but not great. I book a table around 11:30 for 20:30 (for two people). We arrive but there is no trace of our table. It is fixed at the moment. This place is renowned for serving a loaf of half a kg of bread (at a price of € 4 or € 5 depending on the grain) to which a series of ingredients must be combined, freely chosen by the customer. Excellent products, absolutely. But slow service, you can't wait 60 minutes when the place is half empty. Clean bathroom but no toilet paper, substitute with napkins. Salty bill and no anti-covid rules respected.
