β β β β β Ravviso un malfunzionamento alla mia lavatrice Akai (comprata pochi mesi prima), chiamo il mio tecnico di fiducia che mi conferma il guasto ma non puΓ² smontarla per non invalidare la garanzia. Seguo dunque la tortuosa procedura per ottenere assistenza Akai e la A.T.E.F. prende in gestione la mia pratica. Il loro tecnico appura che la lavatrice ha ripreso a funzionare e mi addebitano i costi di "uscita del tecnico" (che non ha fatto nulla) perchΓ¨ mi dicono che l'intervento non rientra tra le finalitΓ coperte da garanzia. Infine mi chiamano per ottenere da me quello che la Akai non ha voluto riconoscere loro. Scorretti professionalmente ed eticamente.
I notice a malfunction in my Akai washing machine (bought a few months earlier), I call my trusted technician who confirms the failure but cannot disassemble it so as not to invalidate the warranty. I therefore follow the tortuous procedure to obtain assistance from Akai and A.T.E.F. takes over my practice. Their technician ascertains that the washing machine has started working again and they charge me the costs of "leaving the technician" (who did nothing) because they tell me that the intervention is not part of the purposes covered by the guarantee. Finally they call me to get from me what Akai did not want to recognize them. Incorrect professionally and ethically.
