G	Gian Luca “Baraonda78” Emili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un'ottima esperienza con gli architetti Alessandro ed Armando, ai quali mi rivolsi per la mia prima casa. Si trattava di ristrutturare un appartamento su due piani con zona giorno al piano inferiore e zona notte superiormente. Non si trattava di stravolgere la casa, perché ben distribuita, ma servivano quegli accorgimenti tecnici ed estetici che la rendessero particolare. Ho apprezzato le scelte in tema di colori e materiali; gres quadrato nel soggiorno e cucina, parquet per scala e zona notte. Anche i bagni sono risultati molto curati, con uso del mosaico per quello con doccia e ceramica per quello con vasca. In particolar modo la modifica fatta al parapetto della scala ha permesso di rendere piacevole la zona ingresso, che altrimenti risultava anonima. Tutto è stato svolto con competenza e controllo dei costi e dei tempi; ottima la sinergia con l'impresa. Consiglio a tutti di avvalersi dell'operato di Alessandro e Armando. I had an excellent experience with the architects Alessandro and Armando, to whom I turned for my first home. It involved renovating a duplex apartment with a living area downstairs and a sleeping area upstairs. It was not a question of upsetting the house, because it was well distributed, but it needed those technical and aesthetic devices that made it special. I appreciated the choices in terms of colors and materials; square stoneware in the living room and kitchen, parquet for staircase and sleeping area. The bathrooms were also very neat, with the use of mosaic for the one with shower and ceramic for the one with tub. In particular, the modification made to the parapet of the staircase made it possible to make the entrance area pleasant, which otherwise was anonymous. Everything was done with competence and cost and time control; excellent synergy with the company. I recommend everyone to make use of the work of Alessandro and Armando.

Si è trattata di una ristrutturazione impegnativa che ha cambiato pesantemente l'aspetto dell'appartamento nella sua distribuzione interna e che ha richiesto un rifacimento complessivo di muri, impianti, finestre, pavimenti, ecc. L'architetto Tomasi, avvalendosi anche della collaborazione del suo collega Alessandro, ci ha seguito e guidato in tutte le fasi della ristrutturazione, dalla progettazione, alla scelta dei materiali, alla selezione della ditta di ristrutturazione ed infine alla supervisione dell'esecuzione dei lavori stessi. Sono sicuro che in giro ci saranno altri bravi architetti come Tomasi, ma anche molti che non lo sono, visto le tante disavventure riportate da amici e conoscenti in fatto di ristrutturazioni. Noi ci sentiamo senza alcun dubbio di consigliare Tomasi perchè ci riteniamo estremamente soddisfatti del lavoro fatto. We, my wife and I, commissioned the architect Armando Tomasi to design and supervise the renovation of my apartment as construction manager. It was a demanding renovation that heavily changed the appearance of the apartment in its internal distribution and that required an overall makeover of walls, systems, windows, floors, etc. The architect Tomasi, also making use of the collaboration of his colleague Alessandro, followed and guided us in all phases of the renovation, from design, to the choice of materials, to the selection of the renovation company and finally to the supervision of the execution of the works themselves. . I'm sure there will be other good architects around like Tomasi, but also many who are not, given the many misadventures reported by friends and acquaintances in terms of renovations. We feel without any doubt to recommend Tomasi because we feel extremely satisfied with the work done.

Nel primo caso è stata studiata la redistribuzione degli ambienti, volevo che la ex cucina diventasse camera e il soggiorno avesse la cucina integrata. Desideravo però una separazione tra le parti della zona living; gli architetti hanno progettato un ambiente con la cucina nascosta da vetrate scorrevoli dietro la parete tv. Il risultato è stato in perfetta sintonia coi miei gusti e stile che volevo per la casa. Per la seconda casa si sono occupati di disegnare i mobili del soggiorno e zona notte, che hanno poi fatto eseguire a maestranza di loro conoscenza. Contentissima anche di questo risultato, la casa ha mobili perfettamente integrati con gli ambienti. Sono soddisfatta della loro professionalità ed operato e consiglierei lo studio a chiunque. I have contacted the architects of the A Studio several times, both for the house I live in and for the house I have in Fregene. In the first case, the redistribution of the rooms was studied, I wanted the former kitchen to become a bedroom and the living room to have an integrated kitchen. However, I wanted a separation between the parts of the living area; the architects designed an environment with the kitchen hidden by sliding windows behind the TV wall. The result was in perfect harmony with my tastes and the style I wanted for the home. For the second house they worked on designing the furniture in the living room and sleeping area, which they then commissioned to a workforce of their knowledge. Delighted also with this result, the house has furniture perfectly integrated with the environments. I am satisfied with their professionalism and work and I would recommend the studio to anyone.
A	Antonella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato gli architetti di A Studio per una consulenza sull'acquisto della mia prima casa; grazie alla loro professionalità mi sono sentita coadiuvata nella scelta e successivamente nelle modifiche da apporre per rendere la casa migliore rispetto a quella progettata dal costruttore. La zona giorno ne ha tratto evidenti migliorie, risultando più ampia e maggiormente vivibile. E' stata realizzata una nuova scala in legno; ma sopratutto i 2 grandi mobili contenitori a tutta altezza, disegnati e poi fatti realizzare da falegname di fiducia, che hanno permesso di avere notevole spazio da usare come dispensa. Soddisfatta di questo risultato ottenuto, ho chiamato di nuovo Alessandro e Armando per la mia nuova casa. Anche qui si tratta di ottimizzare al meglio gli spazi secondo le esigenze della mia famiglia e dai primi progetti realizzati sono convinta che otterrò il miglior risultato possibile. I called the architects of A Studio for advice on buying my first home; thanks to their professionalism I felt assisted in the choice and subsequently in the modifications to be made to make the house better than the one designed by the builder. A new wooden staircase was built; but above all the 2 large full-height storage units, designed and then made by a trusted carpenter, which allowed for considerable space to be used as a pantry. Satisfied with this result, I called Alessandro and Armando again for my new home. Here, too, it is a question of optimizing the spaces according to the needs of my family and from the first projects carried out I am convinced that I will get the best possible result. The architects have always been very helpful, from the choice of materials to the best technical solutions regarding the systems, also helping us a lot with the choice and design of the kitchen. Now that the works are almost finished, every time we enter the house we feel more and more that it is "our" home. We will not fail to ask for some more tips on furniture, especially regarding the combination of colors and materials, making use of their great aesthetic sense.

Mi sono stati raccomandati da amici che si sono trovati molto soddisfatti del loro lavoro e ne avevano tutte le ragioni!! ? Per tutto il progetto, dal disegno al collaudo finale hanno dimostrato grande professionalità e competenza, per non parlare della disponibilità, gentilezza e correttezza, tutte doti oggi rare da trovare. Grazie alla loro esperienza, mi hanno saputo suggerire e guidare nelle scelte migliori e come risultato finale oggi ho una casa che è una graziosissima bomboniera.
