Ovviamente sono stato puntuale e mi sono fatto trovare. Il problema e' stato risolto e tutt'ora il mio frigo funziona correttamente. Rispondo a quelli che parlano male di un centro assistenza che gestisce le garanzie di un colosso come samsung che se avete problemi al vostro impianto idraulico, se siete stati sfortunati che il prodotto arrivi malfunzionante...o se semplicemente non avete pazienza di aspettare mettere un commento negativo e' del tutto inappropriato perche questo e' semplicemente un centro assistenza che gestisce le riparazioni a nome di samsung e non e' SAMSUNG casa madre. Credo d'aver avuto a che fare con buona parte dello staff (le ragazze della segreteria, un tecnico e, telefonicamente, anche con il proprietario) e, oltre all'avvenuta riparazione, ho notato cortesia e professionalità. Colgo l'occasione per ringraziare lo staff presente al ritiro del microonde riparato, in particolare un ragazzo (forse un tecnico) che, vedendomi claudicante, mi ha portato e caricato il forno in macchina. Grazie anche per i consigli, che mi han dato in segreteria, per un utilizzo più corretto del forno. Servizio e trattamento perfetti. I take this opportunity to thank the staff present at the retreat of the repaired microwave, in particular a boy (perhaps a technician) who, seeing me claudicant, brought me and loaded the oven into the car. Il mio nome è Dambra così adesso lo leggete tutti, non mi nascondo dietro niente non sono quel tipo di persona voi dovete avvertire i vostri clienti se ci sono dei problemi con le consegne del materiale.
