★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo ambiente: accogliente, tranquillo e non-competitivo (ma con allenamenti ugualmente intensi). Gli istruttori sono molto preparati, disponibili ad aiutare o a chiarire eventuali dubbi, e pongono sempre al primo posto il benessere fisico degli allievi.
Un'ottima scuola dove imparare gli stili tradizionali di Shaolin e Tai Chi, nonché altri stili esterni ed interni di Kung Fu.
 Great Ambience: Cozy, quiet and non-competitive (but equally intense workouts). The instructors are very knowledgeable, willing to help or to ask your question, and always put top priority to the physical well-being of the students.
A great school to learn traditional Shaolin styles and Tai Chi, as well as other external and styles of internal Kung Fu.
