Il maestro è molto preparato e l'ambiente è sano.
Potrete trovare dagli sport da combattimento alle arti da difesa e spesso anche alcuni seminari di approfondimento con maestri esterni all'academy ma di grande fama.
Martial arts gym without too many frills, pure and simple.
The teacher is very prepared and the environment is healthy.
You can find from combat sports to defense arts and often also some in-depth seminars with masters from outside the academy but of great fame.
